Strange pie charts in powerpoint 2007

I recently ran into a strange error with pie charts in powerpoint 2007.

The pie chart looks good in the composition window, but when I ran the
presentation some of the charts only displayed a circle in one color,
although there where several sections in the chart.

The common thread for the charts that didn't display correctly is that the
last section had a value of Zero. The color of the circle in presentation
mode also corresponds with the color of this category.

Tried both with a copy/paste chart from excel, and with a chart generated in
powerpoint but the result was the same.

Anyone else who has experienced this problem? Any known workarounds?

Regards
Stu

I would love to see a sample slide, Stu. If you could email it to echos at
indy dot net along with the body of your post (so I know what I'm looking
at), that would be great.

Will do...

Will include one slide where the last category in the piechart equals zero,
and one where it's greater then zero.

Thank you, sir. Look forward to it.

I'll be on planes, trains and automobiles most of the day, so it may take a
little while before you hear from me....
