Strange phenomenon in a listbox, made with the wizard of Access 20

I am using a listbox on a form, made with the wizard of Access 2003.
Some users can see the names of the records, but other users with the same
Access 2003 version on their pc system don’t see anything except the titles
of the columns.
Looking up the query in design, the names and the values of the records are
in the table but those names are not represented in the listbox
Thanks for any ideas to solve this tricky thing.

Try checking to be sure that the latest patches have been applied on the
computers that are having the problems. This sounds much like the problem
that was fixed with one of the early patches.

Possibly it's this issue:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/945280/
Combo box controls and list box controls display no value or incorrect
values in Access 2003 after you install Office 2003 Service Pack 3

There's a hotfix for that:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/945674/en-us
Description of the Access 2003 post-Service Pack 3 hotfix package:
December 18, 2007

The hotfix would have to be applied to the PCs that are experiencing the
problem.
