Strange Page Up and Down

Hi,

I was wondering weather anyone had come across this
problem and found a solution. Whenever I have the Num Lock
on, the page up and page down buttons do not work, however
when I take it off, the page up and down buttons work. I
have tried using a number of different keyboards with no
success. Any suggestions?

My keyboard has two groups of arrow keys...

Only one has the NUMlock key, which does affect whether page up/down
works. That's normal.
The other group is unaffected, and it's the one in which page up/down
always works.
