I was wondering if anyone can shed any light on this, I have a 50 user
network, with 3 servers 2 of them member servers running windows 2000 and 1
SBS2003 server, the sbs box is the DC and it has DHCP and DNS installed and
running fine.

Now for some reason clients on the network are intermittently losing
servers, i.e. they can ping 2 of them, but one wont ping, so it loses its
mapping, as you can imagine this is a PITA, I have looked at everything and
cant see what is wrong, we have 2 x 24 port gigabit switches <USR> and the
dns settings are the SBS box, the 3 servers all have the correct dns
settings, all the equipment is Dell and the servers are 3.GHz dual Xeon's
with 2Gb memory raid 5.

It happens so randomly ,

Any ideas?

PS approx 4-5 mins later they can ping the box again, but the pc on the desk
next to them didn't lose the servers.
