STRANGE MESSAGES

Don't know if this is correct place, but.........
1. when I close down I get a pop-up that asks if I want
to close since there are other people on my computer!!
no one else uses my computer or signs in!!
who is using my computer and how do I get them off?
2. I get undeliverable returned e-mails from e-mail
addresses I never heard of nor sent anything to.
HELP!!!!!
