Strange Little Dialogue

I have the Microsoft Tweak UI - Alt Tab utility installed. As usual,
Microsoft Anti-Spyware hangs on startup. Please take a look at it is quite
strange and confusing.

Andre--this has been reported before. This is supposed to be a hidden
window, I believe. You are the first to mention the Microsoft Tweak UI
Alt-Tab utility, though--and that may be a useful clue--thanks very much for
the report.
