Strange keyboard problem

My friends new computer and keyboard worked fine for 2 months and now when
she types "n" or "N" it shows fine on the screen but when she sends email it
shows up as "M" . Same with the letter "j" or "J". It shows up as "F". Also
her email adress looks fine on her screen but shows up as "MFEMFE MFE"
!!!!!She tried regional settings etc.(English) and tried the onscreen
keyboard and the same thing.She ran Spybot and CWShredder and Ad Aware but to
no avail. Any help for is greatly appreiciated as causing computer to be
prettyy much useless.Thanx for her and me,Deano

How is she determining that the fonts are different? Printing? Try
uninstalling the printer. resetting it. Perform a self test (see printer
manual for directions). And then reinstall the printer.

Since the correct letters are getting sent to the screen, I don't think
there's a keyboard problem. However, it certainly wouldn't hurt to try the
keyboard on a different system. Or try a different keyboard on her system.
