Strange home networking problems after installing SP3

Hi,
I have a home network called WORKGROUP, no domain, including 5 computors
where 2 have Windows Vista installed and the rest have XP.
One of the XP maschines is "print server" and "file server".

After installing SP3 on the print server computor the windows vista
computors can´t use the printers and i can´t reconnect to them either. They
are visible from all computors but i always get an access denied when trying
to connect. I have also found that the files that the file server is sharing
i functioning if they where shared before updating to sp3. I can´t start
using new shares.

My other XP computors can access the printers, i have 2, and files that
where shared before sp3 installation. BUT workgroup is not working as
description. The other computor that are memebers of WORKGROUP, which all
are, is not visible from my XP laptops (they are also uggraded to sp3).

Is there anyone that have any idea of what have happened to my network? Am
forced to reinstall the operating system or what?

You may want to add the printer as local printer first and remap it as
network printer. This search result may help too.

Thanks Robert,

That solved the prining problem. But it didn´t solv th eproblem that my
workgroup now is 5 separate computors intead of a working workgroup.
