i am in windows and have a lot of thease typ of files
$ntuninstaltalkB2222222$ witch are in blue if that helps
my point is what are they and can i remove them with out
screwing up my c programs i say this as i am suffering
from low memory and my web browser keeps sticking and
have to use the manager to close them down

These types of files are parts of windows updates and are here just in case
you wish to un-install the updates. If you feel comfortable with the way
things are running after updates then you can delete these. You will also
find that there are bunch of LOG files in the same directory corresponding
to these updates. You can delete those too but do not delete these logs if
you plan to un-install.
Should you decide to remove these folders, you will be left with entries in
your add/remove programs that you will have to remove using 3rd party
software such as JV16 Power Tools or edit the registry manually.

"Hotfixes" are the updates you installed from the Windows Update
website. Do not be tempted to remove them or you will uninstall
the actual updates.

If you wish to safely remove the "uninstall files" for the
Hotfixes (i.e. $NtUninstallQxxxxxx$ files shown in Windows Explorer)
and cleanup your Add/Remove Programs list, visit MS-MVP Doug Knox's
excellent website for instructions.
