FYI:
I changed the SourcePath back to D:\
The ServicePackSourcePath was not changed.
This was a no go I had to run a install repair.
However I then was able to reproduce this error
by reusing a app called driver cleaner/cab cleaner.
The cab cleaner was the culprit. I learned my
lesson in MSDOS 5.0 using Norton. I don't
know why I keep trying these Utilities and
expect different results. (always a catastrophe)
