Strange buttons

Please help, strange buttons have appeared on my browser for casinos, porn sites, little telephones, etc. Some of them are in German. I can remove most of them by going to view, then toolbar, and uncheck a German word that is there now, but they always come back. Thanks

Run either SpyBot Search & Destroy or Lavasoft's Ad-aware.
(Both of the above applications are *recommended* by Microsoft)
