strange behavior-graphs, pictures

Hi,
in PP2003 sometimes when inserting graph or image this picture appears also
in some other slide in the same presentation replacing the original graph or
picture that worked well so far and being transformed into the size of the
replaced item. Even after deleting the inserted item the replacement remains
in place and it is no longer possible to recover the original item.
What s the bug?

I have seen this with images, particularly. I'm not sure it has been
confirmed as a bug, but it happens. have you updated with the latest service
packs? Under Help| Check for Updates.
