storing .pdf files

I'm beginning to live at this site

I use TOPS (Total Optimization Packaging Software) which I don't believe "speaks" with Access. Therefore, what I need to do is create packaging files in TOPS and then save them as .pdf files for use with Access

These .pdf files will then be assigned to any number of txtProfileID's in my tblProfiles

It sounds to me like I need to place the .pdf files in their own table and create a junction table for a many-to-many relationship with tblProfiles...?

I wouldn't do that. I tried it with some graphics files
and it makes the access db huge. What I would do is set
up a folder structure that makes sense for the data, then
I would record the links to the graphics in my access
table.
