I am trying to store data in Access. I have learned how to create the
tables, insert the data but after I save the table it disappears. Where is it
saved? What is the extension? I would be thankful for assistance.

"It" disappears? What? The data? the table?

Access databases - .mdb files - are *CONTAINERS*, not documents.
Tables are not stored externally as separate files (as happens in some
other database software); the table is one of many objects within the
..mdb file. There is no need for a "save" operation - if you're editing
a table (directly in table datasheet view or, better, via a Form), the
data is saved to the table the moment you move off the record you're
editing.

Hi:

Tables do not have a seperate extension - they are inside the Access
database .mdb file.
