Storing and retrieving a .xsl file from Access

I am attempting store a .xsl file in Access 2003, output it when
needed, then clean it up after use to keep users from accidentally
deleting or moving the file which is required by the VBA.

Everything I have attempted so far has altered the output file so it
can't be used.

I am hoping there is a simple soltuion that I've missed.

I appreciate the help.

Do you mean an xls Excel spreadsheet file?
What have you tried?
Why can't it be used?
What is your objective? Maybe if you describe What you want to do, we can
help with How to do it.
