Hi… Mike! First of all thank you for your response. I have tried the three
utilities from the site you recommeded. I tried the Network Password Recovery
and the IE PassView. I did get a couple of usernames that I have stored on my
computer and 2 passwords. Unfortunately none of them were for my aol account.
When I tried using the Protected Storage PassView I got an error message,
which stated “HTML Help. Navigation to the webpage was canceled what you can
try retype the address.†I was wondering if you have any other suggestions. I
might be doing something wrong. I am the only person using my computer, which
makes me the admin. Also, I know the password is still stored since I can
still automatically sign in to my aol account. I am using IE 7, which may
also explain why the Protected Storage PassView did not work since it is only
supposed to be used for IE 4-6. I was wondering if you can tell me which
utility I should use or what I can do to make it work?
Please…!!!

The above utility will show your stored IE passwords, as well as others.
Note: Since its purpose is to display normally hidden passwords, some
anti-virus products will flag it as malicious.

My computer was just repaired by Fry's. They installed a new motherboard and
they recommended that I reformat my hard drive. The only thing that has been
stopping me from reformatting my hard drive is that I have a stored password
on my computer that I have forgotten. I am the only person that uses my
computer, so I know I am the admin. I was hoping someone can show me where I
can find that stored password on my computer so that I don‘t loose access? It
is stored on an Internet Explorer site.
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP...!!!
