Hi, all. I downloaded a program a while back that is
supposed to emulate Regedit for Win 2K Pro, but I got rid
of it for some reason and really would rather manually get
rid of the appropirate registry lines. I have a lot of
programs that installed themselves in such a manner that
they automatically run when I boot the machine (their
icons are present in my systray), and I have to manually
close all of them. I've taken these items out of my
registry before (remember something about "run" and "run
once"), but can't figure out how to navigate the registry
to arrive at that point, where I can remove the lines that
cause programs to load at startup. Can anyone give me an
overview or point me to a link? TIA.
