Stopping the editing of recieved emails

Hi all,
Does anyone know of a way of getting Outlook to lock the editing of
incomming emails? It's a requirement of my company to have all
recieved emails un-editable, but I'm unable to see any setting for this
(even in Group Policy).

The only thing I've come across is setting the sensitivity of
individual emails to 'Confidential', but that creates two problems. 1
- It would only work internally (or Exchange->Exchange), and 2 - you
can select EDIT->EDIT MESSAGE, from the toolbar.

Does anyone have any idea how I can get Outlook to make recieved emails
read only?

Thanks for any help at all!

If you all use Outlook with Exchange 2003 running on a Windows Server 2003
server and have RIghts Management installed, then you can prevent the
recipient from changing the received message. Otherwise, you can't.
