Stopping Some files can harm your computer warking

hi all
i have a scanner that when i scan docs i get a error
dialog box that "some files may harm your computer ....".
This is a [X] (check box) that is shaded to not display
this message, but i can't access it to stop it.

Any sugestings on how to stop this warking

.you mean WARNING not warking
