Stopping IE from always opening zip files

A few weeks ago I was downloading a zip file when like an idiot I
clicked OPEN rather than SAVE in the dialog box. Unfortunately, the
"Always perform this action" check box was on as well. So now,
whenever I download a zip file it opens it and I then have to copy it
to where I want etc.

How do I stop this? I have looked in explore and in IE and cannot
find anything to stop this happening.
