Stopping bogus emails from 'myself'

How do you configure Outlook 2000 to block emails sent by
other applications appearing to be from myself? (ie.
potential viruses). I know Outlook Express has a tick
box "warn me when other applications try to send email as
me" under the restricted sites zone option, but I can't
find this facility in Outlook 2000.
Is the answer to set up myself as a junk sender in
Outlook 2000?

If you update Outlook 2000 with the security update the behaviour of a
message box popping up is the default (in fact stopping it from popping up
is nearly impossible). Your address can still be used by other computers
infected with a virus that have your address available. You can't stop these
messages other than trying to find out who is infected. You can create a
wizard rule that moves messages that come from you to the Deleted Items
folder to prevent them from coming in your Inbox.

Hope this helps!
