stopping ALL pictures and animations in IE6

I have shut off all media, picture, and animations
settings in Internet Options. I don't get the little
icons and standard pictures normally on sites. Still, I
get som occasional , usually animated pictures on some
pages. I want to stop them all. Anyone know how to
delete/uninstall/set something to do this? running WinXP
pro.

Disable JavaScript. Go to Tools > Options > Security > Customize. Scroll
down to JavaScript and disable it. Click Ok.

Warning: This will get rid of the images, but it may also cause some pages
not to load correctly.
