Hi, I have Windows 7, all of a sudden my online casino games would not open the slot games. An error will came up "download failed unable to create file". I have contact casino support they say that there is something blocking the download. I have all firewalls etc. turned off. I contacted emachines and remotely they thought it could be a blocked IP address, so i got a new IP address. Still no results. If i try to play online instantly without downloading the site, it works fine. Problem is when it quit working i was taking a break from playing on a site that does not offer online play. Any suggestions. I have also restored my computer to factory settings. Thank you!

You may have to lower User Access Control. Go to Control Panel, go to Users and on the left you will have a link to "manage user access control." Depending on what it is trying to install or run, this may be preventing it from doing so.
