Stoping home page from changing

I read here once that there is a registry entry that a
person can uses to stop a home page from being changed. I
know it's here someplace, but I can not find it. If you can
share with me that info it would be greatly appreciated.

Also would it stop things like Coll-web search from being
made intot eh homepage?

No .... as coolwebsearch is a trojan that hijacks all the browser settings,
etc.

Note: this type hijack indicates an unpatched machine, that is lacking in
"Defense".
Please visit Windows Update to avoid these exploits.
