Put a password on the .pst file - Right click on Outlook Today, select
Properties and then advanced. Select Change Password - set a new password
and DO NOT FORGET IT! Close Outlook and when you reopen, it will prompt for
a password. However, as long as Outlook remains open, there will be no
password prompt. Close Outlook when you leave the machine or set a
password-protected screensaver to activate when not busy for 5 minutes or
so.
