I have WinXP Home and i cant find a way to stop other
users from changing my password. All users
are "administrators" because if i set them as "users" they
can't install programs!

so what if they cant install programs if you want to
stop people from changing your password, restrict their
access to the system and get them to ask you to install
programs for them, then you know your password cannot be
changed. That why i have created one administrator and 2
limited access accounts, I can then be sure that my
password is unchangeable and can be sure that the
programs that are installed on the computer are installed
correctly.

Can't I set the user accounts so that they can install
programs but can't change my password? Isn't there an
option to set these users with a different account other
than "administrator" or "user"?

People like this. It's probably best if you DON'T allow them to install
programs. They are liable to install Spyware or virus's.

Set them as "Limited" and make them ask you to install any software.

Or, at the very least, inform them that it is YOUR computer, and if the
conitue with this, you will not allow them to use it.
