Stop surfing to Inappropriate Sites

Hello.

I wam looking a an enterprise level software that will
allow the IT Administrator to prohibit surfing of
inappropriate web sites.

I tried the Content advisor. It is either feast of famine
and more suited for small environments.

Anyone know of other methods or a method using Content
Advisor to prohibit this kind of Internet surfing?

I use non Microsoft products wherever possible which requires no activation.

I use Netscape 7.2 as my default browser which has everything I need for my work.
