stop recipient from forwarding message

In LOTUS Notes/Domino you have a message option that prohibits the recipient of your message from copying, cut-and-pasting from it, printing it or forwarding the message. It is EXTREMELY handy for sending to your boss [say, about another boss] who might pass on your comments and embarass you.

Is there such an option in Outlook - specifically Outlook/Exchange 2000 ?
 
No, but Outlook 2003 supports it via the new Windows Rights Management

If you think this really stops passing on messages, you're delusional.
