Stop Pages Auto Scrolling To Bottom!

On multiple computers, IE will scroll down to the bottom
of the page without me doing so. Any ideas?
 
mine only does that when my big fat belly hits the scroll
button on my laptop... roll it and it scrolls, hit it and
some funky app pops up and asks me what I want to do...
for some reason I'm always bumping it when I don't intend
to.
Your mouse or touchpads might have software that needs to
be updated or refreshed... but on multiple computers, i'm
stumped! sorry
