Stop Outlook Express Lauch at Startup

How can I stop Outlook Exp from starting when I reboot
the computer. Having a hard time finding an answer. It
brings up AIM and a Buddy List. These I stopped from
inside of Express. I dont use Express and do not want it
to launch. HELP!

Make sure there isn't a shortcut to OE in the Startup folder in your Start
Menu.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
