STOP MediaPlayer at bootup

After he boots his laptop, Windows Media Player v8
automatically starts, and plays "Like Humans Do".

How do we make it STOP?
It is not in any Start Up folder (All Users, etc), and I
can't find any references to it in the registry under Run
or elsewhere either.

HELP!!!
