stop field from printing

I am trying to create a form. I can enter a macro aor a text field. I prefer
the macro; however when it shows click here to enter name there may be an
unlimted number of names therefore it would need more than one field. I
create additional fields; however I do not want word to print them if they do
not get any text entered into it. I want the screen to show click here to
enter text or name, but not print if left alone.
