Stop Error

I get the 0x0A Stop error "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" when I
am starting my computer sometimes.

says that when you get this upon startup, that your RAM
is corrupt and to replace it. What would cause this to
happen?

A possible cause is just a hardware defect/flaw in the RAM.
