I have a user who is reporting the following problem:

Stop Error: xxx

Beginning dump of physical memory.
Physical memory dump complete.
Contact your system administrator or technical support
group.

This occurs when the user clicks the Properties item on a
right mouse context menu.

Note that the version of Windows 2000 is SP2. Would an
update to SP4 resolve this problem in your opinion? Thanks
in advance for sharing your thoughts.

What is the stop error? And no it is unlikely that installing SP4 would
resolve the issue. I suspect it is a problem with a system program that
has added itself to the context menu. Something like an anti-virus
program would be prime example.
