Stop Error on boot up

After rebooting my PC. I see that i get a stop error 0x0000004D saying no
Pages Available. I think this is a memory things however how can i tell for
sure. It will boot up in safe mode.

Run msconfig.exe (http://www.svrops.com/svrops/dwnldoth.htm) and
use it to disable your various startup tasks until you find the culprit.
