Stop Error Messages - Help

Is there such a site that explains the numeric values of
stop error message screens?

The latest one I am fighting is:

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

STOP: 0x000000D1 (0x00000004,, 0x00000002, 0x00000000,
0x838553DC)

System also fails to shut down when told to, instead
hangs.

Keyboard also stops operating at random.

Assistance appreciated.
