Hello, I'm having a problem with my Ndis driver in Windows 2000. Whenever I
upload files through an IRC Fserve or download large files at high speeds, I
get a blue screen with the STOP error 0x000000D1 (0x00000212, 0x00000002,
0x00000000, 0xBFE9CC10)
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Adress BFE9CC10 base at BFE92000. Ndis.sys.

Any help in solving his problem would be greatly appreciated.

This is probably going to be a nic or nic driver problem. Customers have
reported similar behavior with linksys cards and realtek chip sets. The best
things to try and to update the nic driver. If you still have the problem go
ahead and change the nic as well.

Make sure the nic is on the HCL, as they are tested and will work. :)

Let us know if you change drivers and that fixes it or if you end up
replacing the nic.

Looks like I'll have to get a new NIC, as it appears Linksys has not updated
the drivers for my NIC since 2000.
