Stop error during install

HI
I just bought a lot of new parts for my computer (new motherboard, HD, CPU). I tried to install winXP but i got a
error "Stop: 0x000000D1" Driver_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUA

I went to look on internet and found that this has something to do with the MBR. I called th
store and asked what i should do. They said it was very complicated and that fixmbr in the console wouldn't work

Well it doesn't work cause i get the error, mbr damaged or incorrect. rewrite? i say yes, reboot but same error

even when i use the command twice in a row, it says damaged or incorrect with the second time.

I tried low level format, regular format, deleting and recreating my partitions

How can i solve this problem

please help me with thi

Hi,

It has nothing to do with the mbr. That error message indicates a driver
issue. Troubleshooting it can be lengthy. Check that your hardware and the
drivers for it meet the compatibility list:
