It may be that a USB device driver or motherboard drivers needs updated
What make & model is the motherboard?
Try updating/reinstalling USB Universal Host Controller(s) in Device Manager

What USB devices are plugged in when you get this?
You could try plugging in one USB device at a time until that BSOD comes
back to find out what USB device is causing it and then update/reinstall the
driver for it.

Motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-7VA

Usb Devices plugged in
1. Logitech Dual optical mouse (plugged into USB port
near PS2 ports)
2. Canon Scanner plugged into F_USB1 (via USB expansion
card)
3. Epson C40UX Printer plugged into F_USB1 (via USB
expansion card)

Using Via 4.48 (i think) downloaded from Gigabyte Site
from driver page for MOBO.
Using USB 2 Drivers for downloaded from Gigabyte Site
