When I am installing XP on my new system it installs the
initial file's and then says starting windows. At that
point I get the blue screen which lists Stop error:
0X000000DA (0X00000300, 0X20808000, 0XEB000000,
0XF7FBA000).

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Garrett

You don't say anything about your new system such as whether it ever had an
operating system installed or if this is a first time install on a system
you just built. Nonetheless, this is clearly a hardware issue, if you
cannot run the XP Compatibility wizard, at the desktop, place the XP CD in
the drive, when the setup screen appears select "Check System
Compatibility," you can start by making sure no peripherals are connected
except mouse and keyboard, pull all cards but the graphics card and if you
still have the issue, if you have access to another card, swap it with your
current graphics card.
