I keep getting this "stop" error as of some unknown date, both definitely over the weekend

***Stop: 0x000000D1 (0x00000015, 0x00000002, 0x000000000, 0xEB7EABE) Driver_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUA

I am not completely sure why, either. I am not the owner of this PC, however, I was asked to investigate this problem by the normal user. Upon her last use she did not have this problem, which was approximately Friday at 6pm central. As of Monday she noticed the problem because upon starting the computer and logging in the computer will crash to a blue screen with the said error message after about 10 seconds. I have scanned for viruses and found none. I have scanned for corrupted files and found none. I have installed all the latest updates and service packs to no avail. I have looked up the mentioned file (uhcd.sys) and have no idea what it is for, and therefore have not attempted to change the file in any way. I understand part of the error message. It seems to be saying that this file is attempting to use an IRQ address outside of the allowed maximum range, but I do not know how to change the IRQ settings (if indeed that would even help). I have checked microsoft's website about this error using Boolean text and have not found anything useful. (The most useful thing concerning this type of "stop" error was to install all of the latest updates, which did not work.) According to everyone who has used the computer between the said dates no one has installed any new software or hardware, and this error seems to have appeared very much randomly. Having exhausted all of my primary methods of fixing this problem, I now appeal to you all for help in resolving this matter. Does anyone have any idea how I can begin to correct this problem? Please respond and thank you!

A quick search on google found this file relating to the a USB driver. Have
you intalled any USB devices or using any? That is where you should focus
your attention.

That is a usb host controller driver so I would check the version/dates of
the drivers etc talked about in the article, but also found several cases
that also involved outdated drivers etc for an HP Office jet printers, one
for Compaq Ipaq handheld, and one bad motherboard as well.

Several of the cases uninstalled the usb stuff in device mgr and then
rebooted which reinstalled those drivers and also worked in conjunction with
updating/reinstalling the HP printer drivers as well.
