This is one of those blue screens that can have multiple causes.
I have seen this message caused by bad RAM, but you said switching
out the RAM has not helped. I have seen it caused by the System
and/or Software registry hives being corrupted. If we can get to
Recovery Console we could try replacing these registry hives with
backups or if we have to the original copies from when Windows
2000 was installed. I have also seen this message be caused by
hardware drivers, especially drivers for SCSI controllers where
the driver version does not match the firmware version on the
controller.
What was the last thing done on the system before the blue screen
started?
