I couldn't really find a better place to put this post,
but I hope I can get some answers here. Sometimes when I
am on the internet a bluescreen will come up that says
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUEL. On the rest of the screen
there is a bunch more computer giberish. The only thing
to do then is shut the computer down. Once it boots back
up a message says your computer recovered from a serious
error, etc., etc. I click to send the error report and
then a window comes up with Windows Crash Analysis and it
says they know it is caused by a driver but can't isolate
or find a fix to it yet. It has become extreamly
annoying. I serched for "Irql" on the Windows Knowledge
Base and found the error message. It said that it is
caused by some kind of firewall (I don't remember what it
exactly was) and all you need to do to fix it was get all
of the critical updates at Windows Update. Well, I
allready have all of the critical updates and do not have
any type, shape, or form of a firewall. The weird thing
is,it only hapens when I am on the internet. I would
greatly appreciate any and all help.
Thank you,
