stop bots

I am using FP 2003 on on my site, I have a user feedback page.
one thing I am getting a lot of, is bots submitting tons of spam

is there a way I can stop teh bots from doing this junk, and only have
humans actually filling out my page?

Nothing you can do if you are using FrontPage extensions to handle the
form data.
If you use server side scripting (PHP, asp, asp.NET etc) then there are
solutions:
