Stop automatic startup Outlook 2003 processes

I want to stop Outlook 2003 on Windows 7 from automatically starting up a couple of processes when booting up. There are always 2 or more processes running at startup before Outlook is opened.

I have checked the Options in Outlook 2003, Startup options and all startup processes in Services manager. But there is no entry anywhere.

Any ideas?
