To the best of my knowledge, you cannot do that...Movie Maker in capture mode
creates motion images not stills. Instead you can use Movie Maker to capture a
video clip from your web cam and then using Movie Maker grab a still from the
movie. (See the small camera icon under the preview window of Movie Maker)
