Stop Ability to Change Records with MouseWheel

Ok, The setup is:

I am using a form with 5 instances of a subform, so that up to 5
selections can be made at once and appended, then more can be added

Each instance, being that is a subform, has the ability to add multiple
records under the parent form, but i do not want it to be able to. I
have disabled all the record selecting buttons, but you can still enter
information then Mousewheel forward to a new record, which I can
forsee being a problem. Is there anyway to disable that functionality?
