Recieving following error message all the time and can't even
start up computer:
Technical information:

Also says to check for viruses and run CHKDSK /F but I can't even get it
start therefore unable to perform its advice.

What can I do?

What exactly does "can't even start up computer" mean? Where does it
stop in the bootup process?
