stivc.exe is a filename... if you renamed it to cuddlybear.exe it would
tell us just as much as it does now - basically nothing... try an
anti-trojan product or an anti-virus product with strong anti-trojan
features...

the cleaner (http://www.moosoft.com) used to be considered a reasonably
good anti-trojan product, though i haven't heard much about it for a
while...

kaskpersky anti-virus (http://www.kaskpersky.com) is said to have good
anti-trojan capabilities... it's not free but most av's have a free
evaluation version that should be suitable for diagnosing and often
fixing immediate problems...
