advance to the frame you want and click the
'Take Picture' button at the bottom of the View
Screen.
Or...go to...Tools / Take Picture from Preview...

It's the icon at the right under the preview monitor....
The button was removed in Vista's MM6, where you can do it from the main
menu > Tools > Take Picture from Preview
